Training Facilities

UHMI facilities are located on the third floor of International Hospital Kampala, premises in Kisugu, Namuwongo. The surroundings are serene, noise free and very conducive for learning.

UMHI has the unique advantage of having its own facilities where in-house training for health workers can be conducted. Our focus is on developing skills and confidence of participants in a practical setting. The emphasis is on translating theory into practice within the working environment. The courses will give participants the opportunity to enhance their clinical/practical skills during supervised placements at IHK. Participants will have access to “State of the Art” equipment and facilities.

It is the desire of UHMI to offer courses that are customized, with unique features that will bridge the gaps in the current health care systems.
