2 Interviewing
We only contact candidates who are short-listed for an available position. Interviews are conducted with a panel usually including the department’s Director/ Senior Manager, a team leader and a representative from the HR office.

IMG is responsive to the community needs and are particularly proactive towards the health needs of its environs. We run several community health initiatives (e.g. in response to HIV/AIDS, sexual reproductive health, TB, maternal & child care, sanitation, etc) and our staff are core this community responsibility inherent in our business.

IMG believes in sharing knowledge and continuous learning and welcomes people who are skilled in various medical and administrative disciplines to work within the organisation. Through our volunteer programme we have had and continue to enroll volunteers from Uganda and overseas.

In Uganda, we have several young volunteers whose help has been vital in maintaining our records and database; including general administrative duties and tasks.
