Clients are required to pay at medical centers for a number of reasons, but are not limited to the following:
- visiting a center for a condition not provided for under the IAA medical scheme
- visiting a centre that is not on our panel of service providers
- visiting a provider without a referral note from IAA doctor/medical personnel.

IAA boast of a number of international medical centers in Kampala i.e. at Kitgum house, Watoto church, Kololo, a well equipped state of the art hospital at Namuwongo and a number of affiliate clinics (101) all over the country. IAA also has a specialist team ranging from dentists, ENT, Gynae to a specialized ICU team. These are seen on appointment and are the best in the country.
